Good Morning all...I'm off to the oral surgeon this morning to have a tooth extracted. I hope for a simple procedure and not much pain, but I'm sure today will be a good "diet booster" as I will NOT be able to eat much for the day at least. :-)

Have a Happy, Healthy Thursday everyone!!

ouch!!

Donna, that particular diet seems to be helping alot of people I know right now!

Sticking to my fish for lunch, oatmeal for breakfast. Gimp knee has kept me from walking, but I am down 1 more this morning.

Keep it up! I will!

Just got back from walking three miles. Last mile was hard! You know the saying, Who let the dogs out?", well today it should have been: "Who let the guinna hens out?" Walking by about 6-8 of them and they are not nice birds at all, they are supposed to eat bugs, ticks, not go after me!! Did pump up the pace though getting past them. :-)

Donna, glad that toothie got taken care of and you are o.k. now. I hate going to the dentist even for a teeth cleaning. Walking got my scale moving again and staying away from unhealthy carbs at least 6 days a week, I do enjoy a piece of chocolate, bite size daily and that keeps my sweet tooth happy, and the fat free, sugar free choc. pudding is good too.
