Morning!!! It's 11:58am so I can still say that, I just have to type fast :-)

It's a really ucky day here.... looks like the skies will open up any moment. I really hope not- the chalk artists have been working so hard. Father Virgil, the main dude at the Mission, passed away Thursday night so they are doing a lot of special tributes to him. He has presided over so many ceremonies in Santa Barbara for the last 67 years - he will be missed. Something tells me that he might have special pull to keep the rains at bay.

We're going to just poke around the house today. I have to get Rasta's food all ready for the week - I've started cooking her chicken and rice.

Cynde, glad to hear that Michael is healing well. My friend, Antoinette, met with the docs at the Beverly Hills Clinic yesterday (she is having a tumor removed from her neck and she found the clinic from info Cynde sent :-) I had to laugh out loud when she called me last night to give me the update..... her words exactly.... "the surgeon is HOT!!" Must be something in the water :-) The meeting went well ~ thank you once again for always being there with medical help :-) :-)

Kaarien --- many thoughts and prayers for you. Please do exactly as your doctors say. Let your family and friends surround you with love and energy.

Tom, good luck with those fishnets :-) :-)

Patrick can I get a big old steak to go please!!!!

Okay.... so this post has taken me too long to type.....

Good Afternoon!!!!!

No doubt about that. He would have cost me both my epi-pens and a trip to hospital. Not fun. If he had not been walking with his tail up, I wouldn't have identified it. He was very small.

She is home and was hunting lizards today. It was a riot. She is still very thin and presents digestive issue symptoms, but is hanging in there. She is one amazing pup!

Jeanine, did you transplant the scorpion to the outside? (Please say yes?)

Tara, Remember when Rudolph (the red nosed dude) said "It's not berry comtobull." I can relate:-) Did you know that Cynde is "LOOK AWAY MICHAEL" selling Michael's underwear as travel safes?

Jerry, I am working Monday, you should be too.

Was almost caught up on repairs then another wave of regs came in this afternoon. Oh well, job security I guess.

Have a great weekend all.

Tribs, yikes! How scary.

Boom, it is gorgeous out today, almost as gorgeous as Michael's neurosurgeon...i'm glad annette is doing good with all this, and that her surgeon is HOT:-)

tom, now everyone is going to want Michael's underwear....sheesh!

Just finished making Michael's lunch, chicken fetuccinni....home made (well, the pasta, sauce, and chicken was not home made), but i did actually chop up fresh oregano, rosemary, and garlic for the chicken...made it the other night and it was a hit, he requested another batch. It may sound stupid, but i NEVER chop fresh herbs...or cook for that matter...lol!

Last night I made turkey cutlets with a yummy mango sauce with crushed pineapple, and homeade corn/cheese bread (ok, the corn bread mix was box, but i put the cheese, egg, milk, and corn kernels in, and put it in the oven! Oh, and the turkey cutlets had fresh garlic and chopped herbs too...

whew...now Michael's gonna think I can cook!

Ok, off to the exercise bike!

It's yucky here, overcast and barely 70! Rianna is having a sleepover (read: mom stays up all night listening to girls giggle) and Rajan is going to see Speed Racer with his Dad so he won't bug the girls too much. I had a major allergy attack this morning, and now I am freezing and blowing my nose every 2 seconds.
Glad to hear Michael is doing well!
One of the girls just came out to tell me she doesn't eat anything that's not organic so where did I buy the food we will have for dinner? They also asked for snack but she said she wasn't really hungry because she went to McDonalds on the way here, HUH??? did I miss something??

HaHa RosAnne--- I say open a can and tell her to eat :-)

We haven't gone outside at all today --- although the sun has just come out - at least for now.

I think G&I are going to hunker down tonight and watch a movie. I found a nice salmon recipe I want to try :-) :-)
Salmon with Orange Vinaigrette
or maybe this one: North African Style Salmon

ok, now i am really going to go ride the bike...

RoseAnne....we're having the same kinda day. Although no sleepover going on over here :-)
I finally took a nice, yellow Tylenol Allergy Sinus pill and it hit me like a brick; I slept through the whole day!! Just came out of my coma a short while ago; long enough to go to Wallyworld and the liquor store :-)

I hate allergy season!!!!

Kobi, I came home sick both times we flew this spring...and that never happens as I'm the germaphobewheniflytype...I "santitze" my "area" on the plane, and never touch anything. I've heard some of the folks in the medical field talk about how this has been a really bad viral spring...even a few of our docs got sick, who NEVER get sick.

I have more pics, but I'll wait till tomorrow. :-) Allergies anyone? I wake up sneezing and coughing, then I take my xyzal and it's all good, for the whole day. :-)

I have to share one last pic of my granddaughter, she is sooooo cute. She's calling Larry PEEpaw instead of GRANDpa, which is funny. :-) She talks well, but she just decided he was PEEpaw. Makes me laugh. :-)

My Erin, with a fountain head hairstyle. :-)

Boom, hope you & both RoseAnne feel better soon!

Cynde, I tend to forget how germy a plane really is. The grossest thing EVER is the magazines and that funky tray table......ewwwww.

Rob and I have not been 100% since coming back from BON. I assume it's just our weather; we left and the cars were still being covered with pollen. It's better here now but today my cup ran over finally I guess. Felt like POOP and really want to be better by Monday so I can see my little Rylan and the rest of our family. Have 2 birthday girls to visit with!

Kathy, Erin is absolutely beautiful. I like PeePaw better than Grandpa :-)

I just bought "There Will Be Blood" to watch at some point tonight.... me thinks there will be nightmares in my future :-( I'm such a sap!!

Kobs, PS, Michael, RosAnne, my friend Antoinette, and especially Kaarien... I so wish for good health and peaceful nasal passages for you all.

I'm off to make a cocktail and climb into the shower --- california spa style :-)
