Good Morning Healthy Diet buffs....well here we are again...plugging along, trying to eat healthy and keep moving...results??? I'm not sure my results and my efforts are matching up, but nonetheless, I'll keep on going!!! This morning my standard 4 pt breakfast....will probably go out for lunch because it's our Med. Assistant student's last day, so I'll try to be VERY careful about choice and portion (1 sl pizza perhaps!?)

Going back to my fish for lunch routine (smoked oysters or tuna or sardines) with some wheat crackers and baby dills, seems to be doing the trick for me. And filling up on salad every night and leaving most of the rest for Larry is helping, too.

I'm down 4. :-)

Hi Eileen and Kathy...

Salad! Yes, lots of salad!!

I've gotten too lax again...have to go back to being strict. I hate dieting (and please for the diet haters, don't jump in and tell me dieting is a bad idea, I KNOW, I UNDERSTAND...but without my DIETING the pounds WILL NOT come off!!...I know my body and my own habits and have been fighting this battle of weight my ENTIRE LIFE!)

Ok...I'll jump down off the bandstand.

Thanks to everyone for supporting each other!! Friends are great incentives! :-) :-) :-)

Good Diet Morning Donna, Eileen & Kathy & All Joining in :-)

Today's another day :-) Last night's dinner was lobsta :-) (oh so good) with a smidgen of butter & baked tater. Of course, while we're indulging, one topic of conversation was dieting & what everyone's doing to keep the weight off & stay healthy! Exercise & portion control along with healthy eating was what the majority does :-)
Soooooo, keep up the good work everyone......today is a new & beautiful day!

Morning! Where's Bob? Did he do his triathlon yet???
Roy, are you still kicking it??

I did the gym this morning (an hour circuit training). It was great because I really didn't feel like going - almost turned around on the drive over. I'm so glad I didn't - I feel great!
I had a tri tip wrap for breakfast - yummmm

I've got a big salad for lunch and then cooking class tonight :-) :-)

Keep on keepin' on people.

Hey Kids sorry I've been out of touch for a while had a little set back last week, came down with the flu and because trees is growin grass is growin flowers is growin So are my allergies, major attack, flat on my back for a week haven't been able to train for a week. So I'm startin to feel better have to go for a run after work tonight, get back on the training, if it doesn't kill me first. Have to run 10 miles tonight the big Triathalon in next weekend, Oh yeah and my friend just signed me up for a sprint tri Aug 17 I'm gonna die, oh well I'll die happy right? well you guys sound like things are going alright so keep it up don't forget if you miss something in your diet , its a diet that won't work so have some(some)"now get out there and move it" oh yeah and enjoy those flowers, grass and trees I hate flowers, grass and trees or I should say they hate me Have a great day everyone
