Good Morning Donna and Everyone Checking In :-)

Spring is in the air.....did lots of gardening yesterday & a long walk on the beach w/my dog :-)
All is good

Breakfast - the standard oatmeal w/berries & flax seed
Lunch - salmon w/cauliflower & a salad
Dinner - going out with some friends from school ..... I haven't seen them in many years......will try to be good :-) :-) :-)

Good morning healthy ones.

Judy, I'll take care of you. Don't worry, no really, it's low-cal, just fruits and vegies, trust me. Do you like rice cakes and cottage cheese? Big glass of cold water with a slice of lime. Trust me, it will be ok.

I'm still here working at it, this week will really get moving, so scale should move again by week's end. Donna, I am still racing ya, but slacked on it a little this week-end, so will play catch up this week! :-) It's all the guys fault in this house, they had to have homemade chocolate cream puffs, man, I didn't make it not eating a few over the week-end. Now that I got my sweet tooth satisfied, I will stick to low cal sweet stuff this week.
