Good Morning diet buddies. My daughter's HS put on the play "Grease" last night..they did a really good job. I resisted the temptation to eat a hot dog at the concession stand last night, but had eaten a few "bad" items during the day.....but did my exercise and for the most part remained under control.

Today I am helping with a mother/daughter event at church and my friend's Mom is bringing her awesome coffee cake...and I WILL have some, but I very little and I'm bringing a large salad as my dish to share and will try to fill up mostly on that.

Have an awesome, healthy Saturday.....

Morning BT Dieters. I did my spin and cardio sculpt class this morning. Had a sub in for the second class and she ROCKED! Even my hands are sore!

Bette, welcome to BT We are a bunch of nuts sometimes, but good folks. And most of us do wish we lived on Bon.

I lost 3 pounds this week. Finally, my 2 months of exercising has kicked in...LOL.

Bette, life is NOT all about dieting. I'd rather have folks say nice things about me in my eulolgy, rather than how skinny I look! lol!
