So....welcome to May! It's FREEZING here...32 degrees literally!! Ugh!! But let's keep the healthy diet and exercise going...let's dance around the Maypole together!!

Did anyone else do this in school as a little child? last year the people I work with thought I was nuts
I had to look it up on the internet to show them it was real!

Judy...I "googled"...I remember having a maypole in elementary school and everyone here in PA thinks I'm nuts. Did you ever do that in school?

63 now with the door open, and it's before dawn...87 for a high today. :-) I'll dance around the Maypole! :-) And we did do that in elementary school. :-)

I'm taking my oatmeal with blueberries, a can of albacore tuna in water, wheat crackers and some baby kosher dill pickles. And I'm gonna be starving, I just know it. BUT, I know I'll like the end result.

Keep on it, girls! And guys!

:-)

I still want chocolate today!!!

I always wanted to dance around a Maypole, I loved seeing that on TV, never seen it in real!

We danced around the Maypole too. I've had my cottage cheese for breakfast, pretzels for a snack and since a vendor is in for lunch we'll see what shows up. Hopefully it will be something good and healthy if not, it is soup beans and cornbread for me.

May I dance around the Maypole?
We did that in elementary school in MA, too.
I danced 3 miles this morning with my 8lb weights - had oatmeal for breakfast - light lunch and dinner later.
Someone in the office is celebrating a birthday today, so there is a nice "spread" out on the counter island we call Temptation Island. I hope they eat it all quickly.

I danced around the Maypole too!! In elementary school. I always liked that!:-)
I've had nothing to eat yet, but I will have a NutriGrain bar soon. Kathy's tuna sounds good, so I'll have that for lunch. And something with Veggies and chicken for dinner!:-)
