Jerry, per your "remark" on the other "thread"...you are right. I have been really cranky since my friend passed and am exhausted from crying. BUT, the doc said there were things to try to make him more comfortable but he is so stubborn he won't call, and will just suffer...so...well...crank ON! LOL!

This is a cute little quiz. Are you Dixie or Yankee? Looks like I'm Dixie(living in Kansas and Florida) after being born Yankee (Mass.)

This NJ born and raised resident of PA got 48% Yankee...there was one question...the "you all" question I really didn't feel there was a correct answer to until the "you all" choice popped up with "you guys" when I answered it and THAT is what I actually say..."you guys"!!

89% Yankee (definitive yankee) was the answer it gave me. I guess all those years of living in New York put me in that category! :-)

Hmmm. Didn't expect to score so high! But we DID get caught rollin' a yard one time, and I DO call them cokes (what kind of coke do you want?)lol....

My answer: 84% (Dixie). Did you have any Confederate ancestors?

Actually, I have both! More indian than anything though. Lots of interbreeding, but no INbreeding that I know of. hehe

Cynde, at the doc's today I asked him about the xyzal - if that was just a good side affect I'm having or what (with snoring). He said he hears alot of that, about it really helping - plus veramist nose spray before sleeping. Actually, I still snore sometimes because I sleep on my back - but now it's more like a kitten than a lion, as Larry describes it. :-)

Also to Cynde, the weight thing - my regular doc but me on B12 shots every other week (I do them myself), and that is helping with weight as it increases metabolism as well as fixes my slight anemia.

Jerry it's a good thing you don't put all 247 *** in your user name.

I have about 13 more minutes here at work. Then I have a pizza date with my husband.
I have had such a major writers block today with two "thank yous" to MAJOR gifts. I need a shot of Medamusal (sp?)to spit them out. Maybe Monday.

Have a great weekend. I'll be watching.

Went to doc, again today!! He took my blood pressure and sent me back to my reg doc. He checked it and I'm now I'm on BP meds. The other doc does not believe this is menopause. I got blood work done and now waiting for an ultrasound. I don't know what he's looking for with that, but I hope he doesn't find it...
Anyway, I like BP meds!!! I feel much better!! And my head doesn't feel like it's going to explode! That's a nice change!:-)
