I've got chicken filets that are marinated in Orange/Champagne Vinegar and Ginger. I'll have to see what the local produce market has to go with it. I'm on a baby potato kick right now and we have a ton of rosemary and oregano in the yard.

I thought I was out of gas for the grill...that was NOT good!! It finally came around. It's time for new, that one's shot!!!

I want a garden in our yard, we have more than enough room for one. But we have deer & rabbits in the yard all the time, I don't think anything would last.

Freddie that sounds perfect with Jerry's saffron rice... I think I might have my dinner planned. And Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches with grand marnier strawberries and whip cream for dessert :-)

PS - we don't have a big yard. I do most everything in pots. The rosemary practically grows wild around here. I am plotting a small raised bed area though. I bought corn, peppers, tomatoes and fennel. I want to plant beans too. I getting hungry!!!

PS, Woodbridge is / was part of the Robert Mondivi family. It was sold last year.
It's a $10.00- $12.00 bottle.

Ok, it's 90 freakin' 8 out there. Don't know what to do. Too hot to eat yet, though all I have to do is cook the wheat pasta. Salads done and meat/veggies/sauce is done.

The sun is still VERY high. Wine has arrived. I think it will definitely be a pool sunset, then dinner, then if we can still walk, we'll walk. If not, fine. :-) It's almost the weekend. :-)

Hey, Boom, Kobi, PegiSue and anyone else lurking. I'm off for awhile. Have a nice night everyone!

I'm back with WONDERFUL news!!!! I want to shout it from the MOUNTAINTOPS, my sister does NOT have breast cancer, it was just a fibrous tumor out of control. (Thank you God). And I spoke to her estranged husband, and he loves her, he really loves her and he cried with the good news, as Rhonda couldn't speak and all she could say was "good news" and handed the phone to him. It's difficult for him as his wife he married is gone. I love him, too.

I called my brother, my other sister and my daughters and told them and settled their hearts. Whew. What an emotional night. But I did get sunset in the pool, and we practiced salsa dancing, and then all that, and now back in.

Dinner has been neglected and is now ready, and now, I think I can eat. :-)

Love you all. :-)

Sorry about your friend's dog, Donna. :-( And sorry about those toothaches, too! I had another sinus toothache one day this week, but I know what to do now. Afrin and motrin fixes my problem right up.

Thanks for the hugs, and Kaarien, I got your email this morning but couldn't reply! Lol send an email to my gmail account: breakawaytrip@gmail.com

Hugs to all who need them.

PegiSue - if you are reading this - here's help for your "garden" put cayenne pepper on your plants and the deer and rabbits will NOT eat them. We did that with our hostas as that was the problem we were having - it stopped right away. Just remember to reapply after a rain storm.
