Hello again friends, not many have been posting, but I get the sense that many are lurking along, so...Here's another picture to whet your appetites for healthy foods! :-)

I began my day with 1/2 sandwich left over from yesterday because I overcooked my english muffin...lunch will be a McDonald's with Mom, so I'll have to be careful to resist temptation to overdo. Dinner, I don't know yet..

Breakfast will be the usual oatmeal w/berries and for lunch I made lite tuna with fat free mayo & celery on whole wheat. Yogurt for a snack.
Dinner ???
Hope to walk after work & do more gardening :-)

I'm sure I'll be tempted at breakfast this morning, as we're having a shindig at work for the secretarial staff. BUT, there will be lots of fresh fruit!

Oh yeah, Secretary's week...I almost forgot!!

I don't really want to go to McDonald's today, but it's about the only place I'm going to get my Mom to go. I have to take her for bloodwork and food shopping...sigh....

I'm doing good...laps in the pool, VERY small portions and SALAD!!!:-)
I love salad, so it's all good!:-)
Yall are all doing very well with you "lifestyle changes" and it makes me want to do better for me. Thanks:-)
I go to the doc today at 9:45...let's see what HE says!

I am starting today off with oatmeal/raisins and coffee. Grapes and a small portion of quiche for lunch. Orange for afternoon snack.

hey Jerry if it winds you to get to the donut shop try running past the donut shop, endurance man endurance you can stop on the way back he he!! just think before long it will be a piece of cake, then you make it to the pastry shop, there's no end where it can take you.

Hello everyone..
well....I had 2 "honey-mustard grilled snack wraps" at McDonald's and then discovered they are as many points as the cheeseburger/fries I would normally have, however, it WAS less fat and WAS what I wanted...the rest of the day, I've behaved, although that will cause me to go into the "extra points" again to have dinner....

Run by the donut shop for me Jerry!

Dinner...roast beef, salad, snow peas(yum!!!), a crescent roll....
Dessert, sugar free jello, w/fat free coolwhip on a small piece of angel food cake..yum!!! :-)

and I took a bike ride..ouch!! Hope you are all having a great day!! :-) :-) :-)
