Happy Earth Day everyone!! As we care for our planet today, let's remember also to care for our own bodies with a healthy, light diet and exercise out in the sunshine!!

I WISH I didn't have to work, but...oh well...

Today is also the Pennsylvania Primary...think I may just skip that one this time...but that's a whole other story...

wow that picture is making me hungry, well gang hope everyones day went well yesterday,me i did my 30 k cycle,my 45 minute fitness/strength training then a 5k run so I would say that was a complete day. I not scared of that scale this week, I was checking on my stats on mapmyrun.com and I'm pretty impressed with myself, apart from I have 12 days left in my challenges for this month and I'm supposed to be down to 288lbs from 293 its going to be close. Anyone set any goals and how close are you? I keep this up I may have to buy a new bathing suit for Bonaire next year lol! anyway gang KEEP IT MOVIN!! GET OUT THERE AND DO SOMETHING.talk later

Hi Donna, was talking with my wife and her sister last evening about planting our shared garden. Mmmmmmmmmm, nothing like eating your own vegetable. Baby zuchinni, straight from the garden to the grill, now I am hungry. Thank goodness I had some Slim Fast to go with the jelly donuts this morning. That stuff is also great for dipping your Oreo's into.

GO BOB, nothing like being able to put on your old friends (blue jeans in my case) and not having to hold your breath to button them:-)

Back from Texas now, had a wonderful time there, now to get back to watching what I eat again. The restaurants there are so good, did pretty good though, ate lots of seafood, only had one burger, but it was so good at a place called The Spot, ate it on top open level overlooking the ocean, the Saltgrass (steak place) was divine. Filet Migon with blue cheese butter sauce on it, salad, veggies, had only a little Baked potatoe with it, thinking I put on a few pounds, but that's o.k., will lose it this week, weather is nice now. Hope everyone is doing good, if not, don't sweat it, today is a new day and new beginnings at least that's my story and I am sticking to it. LOL!~

Walking has been off and on with being away, I mean I was sure walking a lot, but not power walking like here.

Bob, that's great! My goal is 30 pounds, lost 7 of it so far, not sure what happened with being away the past week, don't want to know, going to be good today and will see tomorrow when I weigh in again, didn't look at the scale for at least 6 days now. I know it didn't go down, will be very happy if I maintained that, but I did eat more carbs than I should have in the past 4 days, so gotta cut back on a few of them to start it up again. Put more healthy ones back in the menu.

Mmmmm, zucchini on the grill sounds good, will see if I can find any in the store today, now I am hungry for that, thanks Tom!

Hey Debbie nice goal number I have a long term goal that I should hit by my Birthday in August my weight should be between 240 - 250 lbs which will be a weight loss of 94 lbs that I started in November, so I'm doing pretty good and that is a slow weight loss which is weigh ha ha! more attainable to keep, "GO GIRL" you can do it
