Good Sunday Morning to my diet buddies.....the sun is gone and the clouds returned :-(

Oh well...big plans for today, anyone??

I am making corned beef and cabbage (husband's request) for dinner...not worth the multitude of points in the corned beef, so I'll load up on cabbage, which is light, BUT the salt will make the scale look bad tomorrow, I'm sure...oh well such is life...

My computer is running really slow, so I'm out of here...have to dress for church anyway..

Morning Donna :-)

I love corned beef & cabbage :-)
Sunday dinner I usually don't watch the diet - just a little "reward" so don't fret about the one day you treat yourself :-)
We're having domestic duck with orange sauce, stuffing & broccoli & a salad. No dessert!

Will do a beach walk later & more gardening :-)
Have a great day everyone :-)

Hi Judy,
Where are the rest of our diet buddies!???

Yeah, one day of "treat" is not a bad thing...yours sounds awesome. I love duck with orange sauce.

I want a beach to walk on!! You can keep the gardening, though!

where is everyone?

Donna, Thanks for the teddy bear. Here are a couple shots of one I made from mohair. It's a fun hobby. I raffled him off at my Breast Cancer 3-Day auction.

I love his little tail.

Aweee Teddy - don't be lonely

Kobi - hope you get those allergies under control soon
Linda - you're so talented :-) Your mohair teddy is very cute :-) I love my seahorse - he's/she's hanging by the fireplace - nice & cozy :-)
Donna - anytime you want to walk on the beach - you've got a place to stay! All are welcome :-) :-)

Just put the ducks in - 3 3/4 hrs to cook on very low temp. Yup - eating late tonight.
Back to the garden :-) :-) :-)
Enjoy the rest of Sunday everyone :-) :-)

Thanks Judy, Donna. I now have black seahorses in the making for Reef Dreamer. They are so pretty - the fabric is a little different. Black Beauty.
My diet - well I'm getting back on the wagon Monday.

I forgot to mention that at yesterdays aerobic class I was introduced to the Bosu. Man my legs are hurting today.
bosu
I wished someone had filmed me during class. I was wobbling like a Webbel (or is that Webel?) and laughing at myself.

The corned beef and cabbage was good. I wanted more, but NO! We ate late, so I had dessert right away. I'm done eating for my week. Monday, begins again...

Hey Linda...Weebles wobble but they don't fall down. :-)

Just came back from a 3 mile walk. We figured if we walk around the lake twice then walk to the gate and back, that's 3.

I tell you, my legs are so tight it's crazy. I have skinny legs already, but, this is good. I have no boody, either, but all this seems to be working on is my legs and b. I hope it rains this week so I can ab roll every night. Doesn't seem to be time for dinner, long walks and then anything more. Good weather, walk. Bad weather, ab workouts. Gotta do more ab workouts.

I have lost 4lbs in two weeks. So it's workin'.

Hey guys! I just got settled in to my new home in Seattle...the healthy eating lifestyle went out the window over the past few weeks, but come tomorrow....back on track for sure!

Don't you just love the Bosu ball? I hated the thing the first time I used one, but now I love it. Very versatile, you can do sit ups, push ups, etc. and really strengthen your core. But, of course, you do look silly the first few times you use it, with learning to balance and all!

Good luck with it! I'm glad to be back on BT. Have a good week everyone!
