Good morning Brian, Eileen, Tribs, Donna, Jonn & Sue, & Linda! Awesome game, Linda, wasn't it!? I really thought Davidson might beat them. Where the heck IS Davidson? I'm hoping to go to the Final!! I have a friend in Kansas City "with connections!" I.m off April 11 - 14, so it'd be perfect! I hope KU can beat North Carolina! Brian, I love your pictures! I wish I was there with you!

I just gotta say that it was wonderful meeting so many BTers. We really enjoyed ourselves and our on island mini meet was super. And I swear I was NOT pinching Linda's behind even though he's glancing at me as though I am. So glad you got a picture Brian and thanks for posting it.

Oh - and I won a Capt Don's bag too - for knowing the names of the newest Bonaire Ambassadors. I know - I had an inside advantage but heck, I gave others a chance to get up and win the bag.

So where's the pic of you guys with the Capt'n? He's always there on Mondays at happy hour. He is VERY personable, and spent about 10 minutes with us the last time we were down!

I am sooooo jealous!! Wish I could get down sooner, rather than later!!

I believe that Capt Don was actually in the US??? I believe. Maybe Under The Sea event? And even though we've been back a shorter amount of time - yes it does seem like a long time ago since we met. HECK - (if you don't include the brief meeting at Chat N. Browse) it hasn't even been 7 days yet.

I think I was mid-smacking my lips...Ummmm Rum Punch! (Or lack of rum). Brian had to come get me from my corner table as I had missed the BT flag. DUH

Enjoyed meeting everyone. I have some photos as well but will wait until I'm back home.

Mare, my girls thought Boy was cute and were happy to catch glimpses at Cactus Blue. They wanted to get up and dance to Moogie that night but were a little embarrassed because of Boy. :-) I did show them the roof of your house while we were on a dive boat.

Freddie,

Even with his advancing age, artificial leg and diabetes, the Capt'n is still AWESOME!! The first time I met him, I felt like a groupie at a rock concert!!

His wife Janet is very personable as well, but doesn't have her hubby's gift for the BS! IMHO though, SHE is the reason HE is still with us!! Go figure??

I wish we had something similar here in the DC area to go to. Glad you guys had a great time!!

Yeah Linda - he seems to get that a lot. And I still remember the geeky little boy of 9 who was so scrawny and short I was afraid he would never make it as a teenager. When he first learned to dive at 10 he couldn't get all that weight on his back and we had to do the short tanks if possible...and now...

They should have gotten up and danced, he wouldn't have cared and I probably would have joined them. OF course that may have embarrased them even more. ;-)

And Cynde - I'll have to show Pete that note from you. He's kinda, sorta trying but not giving it that much of an effort. But we are going to be walking the 3Day in Boston so he'll have to start training soon. All that walking should help - heck it should help both of us. I'm at my ideal weight but some things just need to firm up a bit. ;-)

Thanks Linda. I'm thrilled that it is staying off. I still can't believe 132 lbs gone. And dag gone it AIN'T coming back. Eveyone looked great though - tan, happy, healthy - just the way we are supposed to look.

Tad, Cap Don does not have diabetes. His leg had to be amputated because of a poorly done repair of his crushed ankle which never got properly taken care of.

Just trying to set the record straight.

You know Tara if that bag were just a few inches longer I could have made a dress out it...albiet a short dress but a dress none the less. I'm wondering about making a skirt out of it though. Oh wait - I gave it to Stephanie so that she could put her jeans and shoes in it for her trip back to Boston - oh well, I'll have to find my other one.
