Having a great time here, below is a selection of pictures. We had a bloom of tunicates and jellies yesterday, they seemed to have moved on this morning.

Lots of turtles and juvenile fish about. There are two very small French Angel fish that we see every day on the house reef one just over 3/4 inch and one 3/8 inch. Very fast moving and hard to photograph but very cute.

Thanks the pictures are roughly 50% mine and 50% Sue's though. We saw some more mating tonight. Four Sharptailed eels together. Oh and a big Stingray on the house reef actually following Sue up the rope.

Maybe we should a XXX section for the mating pictures.

Thanks Brian and Sue -- nice fish break!

My favorite pics are of the pelagic tunicates. Lovely shots.

And for the critter-lovin' folks like myself, the spelling is siphonophore. That looks like a red-spotted siphonophore, page 83 of Paul Humann and Ned DeLoach's Reef Creature Identification Florida Caribbean Bahamas, 2nd Edition. See page 64 of that book for their description of siphonophores.

Thanks Mare

I got the shape of the word, but could not remember exactly.

Oh BTW a fricken MANTA just swam under Papa Dock, and I am not kidding.
