Hey all, Friday is here and for once I have Saturday off I am going to be going for swim (quick dunk actually) tomorrow, what are you going to do. Off now to use the snowblower yet again. Think I will do it in tevas and shorts;-)

Saturday morning I'm off to my aerobics class after a quick vacuum around the house. Darn kitty fur! After class is groceries, then maybe a walk on the beach or causeway to bird watch.
Poor Terry has to work the weekend, but we he may get off early enough Sunday so we can go into Tampa for an ice motorcycle race. How about that!?! Ice racing in Florida.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at one of my jobs last night, truly sad when a parent turns the business over to sibling and then that person runs the company a muck. Sorry to say, I gave my resignation to that company after over 14 years of working for them. Was definitely in my best interest to do so, but so sad at the same time. Will look to replace that account after I get back from Bonaire. Boy, do I need a vacation bad!

Thanks, Tom! Needed some today, couldn't sleep till almost 3am over the whole thing. I know I made the right decision, just a really hard one as that was one of my very first accounts, they were kinda like family. Well, enough of that, time to move on now.

Sorry to hear all this snow folks are getting, I have been real lucky in that area, though they are calling for some now this Sunday. Hopefully, if all goes well with the plane Gods, I will be on the other side! I think the birds are confused here, as the past few days have been really warm and a little nuthatch bird was giving me a screeching from our rhodo tree when I walked by, I think she was trying to nest as I saw a little nest in the tree before she flew out. Poor little birdies, now it got cold again. But none of the white stuff.

Off to finish some more packing!

Well, my son shaved for the first time last night, I wasn't home, but hubby filled me in. He's got the Valentine's Dance tonight at his school and he liked the necklace I picked, so I am figuring he may also be looking for his first kiss? Evening ALL!!

Yes, I know, it's been a while. Been busy, and just got busier!!! I have been dismantling the kitchen gently, making sure not to damage any of the walls, etc. Made 1 mistake, and put my wonder bar through 1 little spot, but figured it would be an y\easy fix.

Well, the new kitchen guru came in last Wednesday, and tells Mrs. T. that I've done a good job, but he's decided that all the interior walls should come down and he'll have new drywall installed!!! I'm not being gentle any more!!! Can't believe how solidly I built this sucker either!!! Knocking out the bulkhead over where my cupboards used to be - I used flippin 2 X 4's to frame that sucker!!! Gonna take some major muscle to get all that out - and I have about 6 days to get it all down and hauled to the dump, because a week from today, the truck has to be empty and clean in order to load up the train club modular layout for a little trip an hour north of Toronto - a little place called Barrie!!

So, that's why I haven't been around, and why I'll more than likely be missing for a while longer, but I'll try and pop in and let you know how it's coming along.

Tom - Congrats on your fundraising, and watch out for shrinkage!!!
