Had some bad news, Laura, a child I taught who had a brain tumour, has died in her sleep aged 18. She should have started university last Monday. Please give your kids a big hug from me today.

Julia, big hugs coming your way. News like this always brings tears to my eyes, I can't even imagine the grief of losing a child. I will give Rianna and Rajan extra love today. Take care.

How sad, Julia. My daughter is sleeping right now (obviously a teenager), I just checked on her. I can't imagine not being able to do that.

Where's everyone at??? There's no way EVERYONE has a life... I'm not painting, just cleaning, then checking in on here. Well, my breaks aren't very fun if I can't eavesdrop on peoples conversations...

Well lets see, I got a note from an old friend that I haven't heard from in 15 years! I was happy to say the least, Ummmm, I am going to watch the Raiders game in few minutes, maybe I'll live on the edge and keep my pajamas on all day! I might even do something crazy like have a beer while watching the game! I know this is extremely exciting PegiSue, try not to be jealous!

I'm not jealous. I'm still in my pajamas! And the house is getting clean. If I turned the tv on I'd do nothing the rest of the day. Which isn't a bad thing....I could watch football and drink beer!! Hey, I'm jealous!!

Well, my excitement has come to a stand still, the Raiders game is delayed due to lightening and rain. They are in Miami! Geez! We did book a trip to Cancun, staying at the Fiesta Americana, which should be fun but not Bonaire! It was a family decision, we are looking forward to visiting the Mayan ruins. Still in my jammies and having some coffee right now, I'll switch to beer once the game starts! It was cool this morning and heating up slowly but won't get any where near 90! WOOHOO, the game is going to start again....gotta go

I've been making table decorations for our Silver Wedding party. I have made silver party favour boxes decorated with white ribbon, a silver 3D heart and a silver 25 and filled them with chocolates, party poppers and streamers. Today I have photocopied lots of our wedding photos. I have laminated them to use as placemats for our family celebrations. It's been a lot of work but I have enjoyed doing them and people can take them home as a souvenir if they wish.

Glad you had a good day Kobi. Pete and I watched the F1 race that we taped...we'll learn to tape it for 3 hours next time. We missed the final laps so I had to watch the last five minutes this evening.
