What sort of snacks and things do you keep under your genuine Jerry's desk? I was thinking of Hot Pockets and Everclear.

She's just awesome! I gave her a good long bath this morning, now she's just the purtiest dawg you ever saw!!
This morning was one of those times that I really have to pinch myself that I live here. When I left Washington DC my boss said that of the three of us girls leaving, I would be back.... pppffffttttppptttt to you Gerry!!! HA HA!! I'm the only one who stayed! Funny how I always think of him and that comment when I'm saying thanks for the last 17 years :-) :-) :-)

Guy just sent me the update from the fire:

What an ordeal for all the affected areas, fire fighters and their families. I'll be doing my rain dance tonight with vigor!

Thanks Kiwi :-) It's really hard on those who live along the mountain front (the Riviera of the US). Someone asked me if we had evacuation plans but the truth be told if the fire makes it to our house... Santa Barbara and we have a lot more to worry about than our house!!

Look what Finally just got delivered :-)
surfboard!!
I had this surfboard restored as a Xmas present for Guy. It was his best friend's and really means a lot to him for sentimental reasons. The restorer ran into some problems and well.... let's just call it Xmas in August!

Being the consummate romantic I always remind myself that when Guy and I are apart we still see the same sun or moon... lately, I look at this and think
it's kind of pretty though
we are seeing the same head of smoke!!!

Now, after several weeks of therapy I no longer under the evil influence of Inki Dinki Stinki Do's HK spell.

I would pass on the advise of others to wear a tin foil helmet tonight while you sleep or there will be UPS trucks lining up on Monday.

Kobi,

A thousand years ago, when I was 19, I worked one summer for the N&W. Worked on a section track gang. Liked it a lot.

Very flat. Lots of corn.

OMG!!! You all have been having too much fun without me :-) BUT, my computers are pristine and ready to fire on all pistines!!!

Kiwi, sorry to leave you hanging there. Just after I typed that I poured myself a glass of wine, then my computer friends came over to pull my bu$$ out of the jamb I was in! Then... my wonderful neighbor (bless her heart!! Seriously) came over to make sure I was doing alright and wasn't lonely... "Do you want to come over and hang out with me..." aaaagggghhhh!!!!
No!! I just want to get back to BT!!!!

That sounds a whole lot worse than it really is :-)
