My son and wife just stopped by to say Bye to us before we leave for Bonaire and his wife, Laura, said she had a little something for the house and gave me this little package. I opened it up and inside it was a little album, but the most important thing was what was on the front cover - "Grandmom's Brag Book"!!!! I am going to be a grandmom!! Due date is April 9th and I am so excited and happy, you can't believe it. I have given up asking my son, do you have any news... you see, July was their "love month" and I was so hoping to find out news before I left for Bonaire and I sure did! Just thought I would share some happy news with all of you! I do feel a bit older now, but what the heck, I am going to be a grandmom! I can't wait!

OH Debbie congratulations! I know you're just beaming right now. Getting ready for BON AND in '08 you're gonna be a Grammy!!! Yippee.....

Tell Laura and your son we said congratulations and keep us posted on her and the baby!

I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my niece. Thankfully it didn't happen last week when we were in BON. My sister is now officially overdue but only by two days I'm hoping soon as Rylan has LOTS of hugs to be given.

Yes, I am just tickled "pink" here! It's way too soon to tell if it is a girl or boy yet, but I will try to be patient before spoiling my new grandchild with presents!

Tom - I will be looking for cutsie little items for the little bundle when I am on island. Definitely want to introduce him/her to the wonderful world of diving/snorkeling on Bonaire when the time is right.

Marge, When my son told me he and his lovely wife were ready to have a baby, I told him that he had to plan it around my time on Bonaire! He got a chuckle out of that!

Congratulations Grandma to be! It's never to soon to take the new little one with you on a trip to the sea! My boys started their trips to Aruba at about 4 months. It was magical. They loved the water. But I'm getting ahead of myself. You've got a lot of planning and spoiling to do first!

Congratulations Debbie, If you are like me that is one of the most special times in your life, finding you are having a grandchild if fabulous. My little angel is now 14 months old, Kaylee is the light of our life.
