Only 9:00 my time, Freddie. Yours? I just got off the phone with Pegi who is freaking OUT, or she was, she's laughing and good now. They're stuck in San Juan until tomorrow at 6:40 pm, and their stuff is on Bon and they aren't. I reminded her that she's still on vacation, and reminded her that now she'll have air credits with AA. Pegi is a really, really nice person, a great girlfriend, and she's fun as he** and makes me laugh, and I'm just sorry her trip started this way but I also HOPE she'll take advantage of it!

Kathy, if you talk to her, tell her all the fun things they can do today! Did she tell you where AA put them up? Heck, I'd go to the Hampton Inn for a burger, then to the Intercontinental for a massage.

OR, last night I would have gone to the metropole for dinner, then today, down to Old San Juan and to El Convente for tapas for lunch, then take a tour of the church across the street to see Ponce De Leon's tomb...OR, down to the waterfront in Old San Juan and walk around and look at all the statues. Then take a cab back to the airport and have a beer while waiting for the plane.

I guess I just see it as the glass half full, as ya'll know I've been to hell and back in SJ! lol!

Timmmmmmy years back got overnighted by AJ. They put us up for the night in MOBay and the place was an outright dump; Docs Cave. Reminded me of something like something you'd see on MTV's Spring Break. UGH......it left quite the impression despite it being free.

I know other parts of the island are beautiful but this just was so nasty and right in a crap part of town I hated it and will never vacation on that island again unless AJ makes me

Hey we ended up spending 3 days in Mo Bay at the Sun Spree?? Holiday all inclusive resort.. got stuck there when our plane from Bon was canceled in MOBAY because of a severe winter storm in the northeast corridor..
It wasn't to hard to take the "Mudslides" by the pool at 10am Only bad thing about it was they were going to charge us for diving.. NOT especially when we could have swum out to the dive site but they wanted us to take the boat NOT...we only needed tanks and we would have been good to go..and happy to pay for the tanks..

Jamaica is a wonderful place, scary in a few spots but overall a great place. Lived there for months and wouldn't trade it for anything! Don't tell any of my Bonaire friends but I am planning a trip there this fall for a friends birthday. I don't want them to think I am a traitor!

We may be going there in the summer of 2008 for a friends wedding Rosanne! They go every year and stay at Sandals, and love the place...I introduced the couple 9 years ago, and I'm hoping they stick to their plan to finally get hitched! LOL!
