Good morning, it's a bright warm and sunny spring day here in the UK. Kettles on coffee or tea?

Morning Brian, Freddie. Thanks for the coffee, Brian.

Got back from VT yesterday. The condo closing went off without a hitch and the check is in hand. The buyer was a young orthopedic surgeon fresh out of med school. He looked too young to be a doctor. I must be getting older.

Good morning everyone! I was looking forward to working in the yard and planting 10 trees today. The weather is cool and cloudy. Our yard is nothing but mud from building a new garage. Looks like we will put down grass seed and plant trees Sunday.

Welcome back Smack.

Sorry you are stuck working Jerry.

Good morning Brian, Freddie, Jerry, Lisa, and Smackman (congrats on the condo sale-I work with orthopedic surgeons and they don't seem to mature past about 13 or so). Sunny and HOT here...amazing how the temperature swings these days!

Hot here in the south bay! It's already 75 at 9:30a.m.. Soccer today and off to San Francisco and Golden Gate Park, it's a beautiful place especially when the weather is like this. Everyone have a safe, fun weekend.

Landscapers almost done, they really did a good job and the pool is ready to go. We just need the weather to stay warm so the solar heater can heat the pool! (I don't go in the pool until the water is at least 88!)

I am Ms. Manual Labor this weekend. lol Larry saw we could buy zoysia at a steal, so we laid it ourselves.....ALL DAY LONG. I started Wednesday with turning up the grass and we worked on leveling and pulling up weeds till today, every afternoon.

All that's left is the little front yard section and down the left side.

And I'm the digger, shovel woman. (Larry says his back can't take it.) I have blisters that the skin has peeled off on, and some new ones. I just can't wear gloves when it's 87.

BUT, we have a beautiful yard so far. Lots of work on the yard this last week for me. I really need a manicure, but I'll ruin it next weekend, I'm sure.

I'm just glad to have this almost done. All the painting, now the sodding, we're having a project a week until the water warms. Larry's already been diving at Venice, I have not. Gotta finish the yard, first. But tomorrow, I have a secret plan to go to the beach. :-) He can fish. Apollo Beach is good for that.

Roseanne, yes we do need pics. :-)

'NIght all.

It is so much fun reading what ever one has written when I get home from work. I work a 2p-10p shift as a charge nurse at one of our local Nursing Homes. I love my old people but it is a real break for me to come home to Bonaire Talk.
Night everyone
Andy
