Here's some shots from the last few weeks. Quite a combination of different things. Starting a few weeks back when we actually had some sunshine.

I can smell your flowers, Cecil. Great shots. That's the only thing I miss about a true spring, the azaleas, the jonquils, the tulips. I swear I will find a way to grow them here, even if they have to live in my freezer all winter!

Thanks for sharing. :-) I love the smiling bee. :-)

This is the bane of New England, the gypsy moth, and eats everything it touches. I took the picture for fun but when I looked I thought it was quite pretty.

Nice weather that weekend. We set all time records for rain and many towns flooded.

I can smell that last one, too. lol

Cecil, you're a great photographer and know how to find the color/contrast. Your photos are great. I accuse my husband of being a picture taking fool, too. But I have to admit, he's getting good. Having a better camera than me helps! (but I've got the "eye") ;)

And congrats to your son, and you and your wife for getting one thru!

Oh, and I like your lobsters better than ours. Ours don't have claws (thank goodness, on lobstering dives!)

Ok Cecil - it was only a year ago when you posted Jay's high school graduation..... Wasn't it?! :-) I can't believe how much time has flown by on BT! We're literally watching these kids grow up in cyberspace! (Didn't he go to Embry Riddle?) What's next for him?

And how is it that you have an azalea surviving a New England winter? I never remember azaleas growing in Connecticut. They tell us here that we can have tulips and daffodils here, but that we have to take the bulbs up and refrigerate them all winter to force blooms in the spring - too much trouble!

I love the last shot of the boats and shoreline - I do miss New England in the summer. Thanks for sharing. :-)

Fabulous pictures as always, Cecil. I'm anxious for the day I get to meet you and Sue in person, as I feel I've known you both forever! I bet you are both so very proud of Jay...what is next for him??

I love the Nubble pics, but can't figure out if I like it better in the bright sun or in the overcast/wind. It's just beautiful either way... and in the winter, too !!!

Keep the pics coming.

Thanks all. Jay graduated from high school 4 years ago, time does fly. He went to Daniel Webster College, it was my son Shawn that went to Emory Riddle although he graduated from ISU. Jay is going on for is Masters, so there will be another graduation in a couple of years.

The skate was a normal sized adult skate maybe 3'across.
