Thank you all for your kind words, they have really helped as I work my way through the grief and planning. Although my mom was very elderly we did not see this coming at this time...(yep, we don't get to pick the time or day do we?) When she first became ill a couple of years ago I told her about BT and all the good wishes people sent and she thought it was wonderful to get to know such a great group on the internet! Fortunately my dad was able to make it through a major illness and long hospitalization this past year and was with her the evening before she passed in her sleep which meant a lot to him. We were both able to take her out for a walk to the local pond to watch the ducks and egrets a couple of days beforehand which she really enjoyed as well. The prayers and kind thoughts will be passed on. Hugs back , Barbara
