We are heading back to Bonaire and would appreciate some help on how to get to the Klein South side snorkel sites (also if anybody know if these are worth the effort to get to). We have been all over the North side from Ebo to Carl's Hill but would like to try the other side. I have seen Capt. Mike referred to. Does he make trips to that area?

Many thanks
Stew

morning is better, quieter.

Twenty threads below this one, in October 2007, there is some specific information posted by Vann Evans relative to snorkeling at Klein. The thread is entitled

quote:

Do dive boats allow tag-along snorkelers?

Have a great trip and please post a report on your Klein snorkel experiences. I hope to do more then just the drift Eno to No-name this May.

Thanks!

Last trip we took the taxi to No-Name, hiked west quite a way along the shore, and then found a get in point near one of the dive buoys (I think it was Lenora's) - drifted a ways to the west, found a get out and walked back. Exciting adventure and many good things to see - sheer shore walls to explore and quite a bit of pillar coral.
