Todd, there are lots & lots of snorkel spots, but would suggest you pick up a copy of Bonaire Shore Diving Made Easy (you can buy this online or when you get to Bonaire). This book is a MUST, IMHO. It gives you all the info you need on where the spots are and how to enter each of them.
Oh and welcome to BT!

Todd, Bonaire Shore Diving Made Easy also lets you know which of the dive spots are good snorkel spots!

Pretty much all the dive sites are acessible by car except those on the small island of Klein.

A couple of the piers require an authorized guide. Be sure to schedule a night snorkel with Renee or Dee.

Susan Porter's shore-diving book is available in the US at the following URL:

Ditto on Porter's Bonaire Shore Diving Made Easy. The detailed site entrance and exit directions are a must. In addition to the ones you listed some of my favorite snorkeling sites are Margate Bay and Tori's Reef.

However a boat trip over to Klein is not to be missed. You can have a boat drop you off for a drift snorkel or from the beach follow the reef south. The slight current will help you drift back to the beach. Have a great trip.
