My wife and I are taking our two grown daughters and their husbands to Bonaire for vacation in May. If we want to schedule a trip with a guide for some snorkel trips, how far in advance should we do it?

its been over a year since we have been back to Bonaire but while we were there we booked a trip with Renee on pretty short notice, just a couple of days if I remember correctly.

Hi, We just returned (2/4 to 2/18) from 2 wonderful weeks in Bonaire. This was our first trip to the island. We scheduled a full morning snorkel with Renee for the second day of our visit. She was wonderful. During the second week we decided to do a night snorkel and gave her a call. She was able to fit us in. I would recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible since time is special on the island. Before you go buy Reef Fish-Florida Caribbean Bahamas by Humann & Deloach. It costs $50 on the island and was wonderful as a reference book.

You can also do a trip with Dee on the Woodwind. They leave out at the Divi and take you over to the small Island. Very good snorkling!!
