Can someone tell me where the action is at Tori & Bari reefs? I snorkled both last year and found only white sand or rubble.

We haven't dove Bari yet but we have dove Tori's several times. It's a fairly long swim to the drop off where, if memory serves, all the action is. We did the last dive between 4 and 6 PM and things were really hopping on top of the drop off and down the wall. I think they call that a "change of light" dive. Bottom line, It would be probably be best to swim straight out from the channel to the drop off for a decent snorkle.
