We will be back on Bonaire in September and hope to get to Kline Bonaire this trip. Can someone let me know how to get the Sea Cow's schedule. Also, do we need to bring drinks? I am assuming so, there is nothing at all there, right?

Thanks for your help.

Angela

Angela -

I do not know if this information is up to date, but here is a site for the Sea Cow: http://www.aquaspacebonaire.com/indexcow.htm.

And, yes, you do need to plan for your own food and drink and be aware there is little or no shade.

One of the great attractions of Klein is that there is nothing there but superb snorkeling/diving and tranquility.

Hope this helps.

Angela,

Another alternative to the SeaCow Water Taxi (not even sure if it's still running) is the Skiffy or the sister vessel, the Kantika di Amor. Your hotel will be able to set you up.

You might want to consider the Woodwind. It is a trimaran that does guided drift snorkels over at Kline and one other stop that sails out of the Divi. It is a real nice way to spend the morning sailing and snorkeling with drinks and lunch provided.

Angela, (that's my wife's name too), we just returned from Bonaire. Don't think the Sea Cow or Skiffy are running. We took the Kontika di Amor over to Kleine. It left at 10, 12, and 2 from the pier in front of the "It Rains Fishes" restaurant. Great snorkle and great price--$16 a person. There is a little rough shed on the beach on Kleine where you can get out of the sun, but it is very rough. Definitely have to take your own food and water as nothing is there but sand, scrub brush, birds and lizards. :-) But the reef snorkle is fabulous!

Nope, no relation. I didn't grow up in Oklahoma. Hope you enjoy the taxi and Kleine Bonaire!
