are there any quarantine laws in place on bonaire?
my dogs are both under 3 years old have all there shots and are in perfect health.

No, just be sure the shots and papers are no older than three months from your planned date of arrival.

Do you need a micro chip or tatoo for the animal coming into either Bonaire or back to the US?

AA was pretty good about taking pets in and out (cargo) but now they are gonzo so I heard from a friend he cannot get his dog out until the Fall due to Delta's hot season embargo. On top of that it may be up to 500 to transport his furkid back. He is moving off island and has to leave his furkid on island until the Fall. This pertains of course to pets riding in cargo not the cabin. I do not think micro chips or tattoos are required but a rabies shot and a health certificate.

BTW, AA too had the hot season emabargo in place each summer.
