Dominique..Well I'd venture to say that there has been much interest in this project from the Netherlands. Apparently this project was recently marketed (quite successfully I might add) a couple of months ago in Holland & the responses have been quite extraordinary.
Looks to me like it's almost all sold out with options on ALL the prime spots already taken.
Looks like it'll be a really nice project when completed..See below listing which outlines what's already been sold.. Good luck to you!

what do they mean by "option" those lots all still have prices listed, so what does the term option mean there? They look available to me.....

When we were there in May, the real estate agent said they were "optioned" because they were re-working site layouts for the different lots. We took it to mean, they were reserved. They can't take any money for the lots until they are through the approval process.

I think they had a problem stating all the properties would have an ocean view. The ones to the back would be obstructed views. I heard they are working to correct it somehow. I too am interested in El Pueblo. We will be there Sept 13th. I'll get some first hand information

I took an option on a lot.
But it seems there is a problem with the higt-level off the second and the third row.
The project is in hold now but i don't have mutch information what the problem is.
My problem now is that i don't trust it anymore:-(

actually as far as obstructed view, that should be reasonably easy enough to correct, based on positioning and elevation of the foundations. IMHO

I was there in January and spoke to Anja about the project. She informed me that all options had been taken and there was a waiting list of 48 people to call or email should someone not take their option. They have designed a new model to take care of the elavation on the back lots. The roads had been started and you could take a truck on them at this time....

I just heard the issues with the land (caves) were solved, so all the prospective new owners were contacted to see if they still wanted to buy them. The prices went up, so some may back out? Does anyone know if they have started building them yet?
