We are currently looking at the purchase in Kings Beach Resort and the Covenants of Purchase relating to the purchase. The document reads very much that we are responsible for everything in the resort. Can anyone help on an independant nature, on how this works. Even in build stage do you pay the share or only once completed and who runs the association??

i agree with vince. last i heard, three of the original five units have been sold so you should be able to get some info from remax and then from those three owners. as of the time we left bonaire on april 20, none of the units had been occupied.
