OK. lets hear all the pros and cons to help me decide which island to move to. LOL Here are just a few of the things we are looking for or NOT!
1. Less tourists & population
2. More privacy
3. More land
4. Lower taxes and COL.
5. Cleaner streets
6. Less crime
7. Peace & Quiet
8. Other horses to ride with
9. Housing costs
10. Utility costs

You're joking, right, Kyle?!
No comparison. Bonaire wins hands down except for utility costs, which are higher here because Curacao controls them.
Right now both islands are part of the same country, so the tax rates should be the same.
However, the Netherlands Antilles will cease to exist as of July 2007. See the "referendum" threads under the "Local" topic.
