Based on the my experieince and that of people I know I think it is best for you to do both the "Certificate of Good Conduct" and the "Health Certificate" of these things in your home country.

The "Certificate of Good Conduct" can be done via a letter from your local police department atating you have no criminal record.

The good conduct paper cannot be done from here, as I know this from friends (from Canada) who have tried.

All legal documents must be "certified" with an "apostile" that is usually done by the government entity responsible for that record. Usually only birth and marriage certificates need an "apostile".

If you want to send me your e-mail address, I can e-mail you two unoffical documents that I have which try to explain the process.

Hi Bob,
I'm currently still in Belgium. But I'm planning to move to Bonaire soon, like so many others... I've just read that you could maybe help me out with the necessary documents that have to be arranged before I can move.
I hope to hear from you again,
many thanks,
Dominick
