Hello BT'ers! I'm interested in information about Bonaire Real Estate. I am a wind sports fanatic and would like to know about any open land for sale (freehold property) in the Lac Bay area, or the North shore by Rincon, or even south of rincon on the leeward side.

Are there any real estate agents that have access to email or anything that I can contact?

I have already visited:

sunbelt realty
lagoen construction
bonaire realestate
harbourtown

Most, if not all, have only phone numbers which makes it hard to communicate (and expensive).

Try Sunrentals. They have a "for sale" section and can be contacted by email

I like all the realtors but Bob Bartikoski at paradise homes just helped to friends of mine find a townhome. tell him Becky of Tom and becky ( or the moon queen sent you)
his email is bob@bonairehomes.com

They were very happy with his attentiveness and he has a REMAX license for the island

Funny, I emailed him this AM regarding this. He told me he'd put some stuff together and I haven't heard from him in over a month.

I hope to hear from him soon.

Vytas,
Very strange that Bob has not emailed you back. He has been very attentive to emailing me... to the point of too much email. I had to ask him to take me off his email list because his link to remove me from his email address book would not work.

He just emailed me this morning, actually. He says he's opening a new office and will get with me afterward. I assume the opening has him pretty busy for the time being. Thanks for following up with me.

Hello,
My wife and I are interested in purchasing property on Bonaire, we are seen offers for lots at Bolivia for areas of approximately one acre. I would like to have room for a workshop on the premises, but I am concerned about access to the area. I know that electricity and water are not available, but how are the access roads to the area? Is trucking water in practical? Is it a two hour ride back to any town, because of difficult road conditions? If anyone is familiar with the area, I would appreciate a response.

Thank you,
Jim
