Dan, when you initially opened Animator did you click on the "Gif" and "make" buttons in the bottom left two areas 'Split format' & 'Auto run after load' ?

this makes the prog save the file you have posted above, then it also saves it as an animate file!

and I've also had the chance to update my countdown.... no I've not started packing !!! :-):-)

of course the main thing you also have to watch is that the final gif file size stays below 100kB

I must not have the same program. I downloaded Animator 9 from BrotherSoft.com. Is that the one? The control buttons you mentioned do not seem to exist in that program. Also the webcam pics are *.jpg and it does not want to make them *.gif files ??????????

K - I got it from the same place -

I had the same problem -

start the program -
on the lower right corner click the "control" button - it should look like this when everything is checked
1

after that then click the "stich" button -
you'll get another window open that looks like this:
2

follow the directions and click "done" two save windows will open - name the file and then the ".gif" will open save that - then do the
image insert command -
Hope that helps

Another attempt - but resolution is so poor if I do 3 pics. May need to try just 2 to keep files under 100K.
