Hi guys / girls

I am arriving in bonaire next week, and i was wanting to know how easy is it to charge my camera batteries. The charger i have is for our 240v in UK, do i just need to get a plug converter or do i need to get anything else?

Cheers

Neil

Welcome to BT, Neil. Bonaire's electricity is 115V 50 Hz, so you will need to check your charger to see if it will handle that voltage and frequency. I suspect it will work fine, with an adaptor. But make sure you keep an eye on it when you first start using it. It may run hot so do not leave it unattended.

Also some resort do have 240v plugs. I know Eden beach does.

You need to buy an international charger 110/230V 50/60Hz. Maplins sell quite a range.I have the Maplin one ref N41BX which costs £19.99 and works with 4 AA or AAA batteries.
