did a "check-out" long route...will go back...plenty of cactus, boulders, bocas, plateaus, birds, lizards...not sure how much better than the drive around (Gotomeer) at least you see the bocas and the blow hole, as well as that hawk or whatever gliding over that valley below the lighthouse - just awesome (no pic)

It looks like a beach in Washington Park.
It could be Boca Chikitu, the beach next to Playa Chikitu which has always been one of my favorite beaches on Bonaire.
I took my father to Playa Chikitu in 1978; he almost lost his swimming trousers in the surf.

Be very careful though, an American boy drowned there.

You are right Michael. It is not meant for swimming. We went into the water knee deep.
The guy who died there was body surfing the waves.
