Hi,

I'm looking to buy a Canon 10-22 lens. Maybe it would be an option to buy it on Bonaire, with the current exchange rate (Euro vs USD).

Does anyone have an address or even better an email address from a local shop that could sell me this lens?

The Nafl is still pegged to the dollar so the EUR/USD rate won't be a factor.
I'd say best to shop stateside for the lens.

Hi Brian,

How does this work with local taxes? Do you always get charged or do some packages slip through?

I have only been caught on the odd occasion and usually do not have to pay duty, If you order now(Christmas rush) they will be very busy and even less likely to charge you.

Hi Brian,

Followed your advice and the lens came through customs without trouble! Saved at least 150 Euro!

Big thanks for the tip! Amstel bright waiting for you if you come in Feb!
