Please bear with me while I test a photo post. Got a bunch to post with a report and want to make sure I do it right.

Ok, That didn't work. I reduced the photo to 337x234 and still had over 500 kb !! Back to the drawing board!

Bob, I use Adobe Photoshop.
First I resize the photo to make it much smaller.
Once smaller, there is an option for 'save for web'. Nice feature that gives me the size of the photo in mgb. I can adjust the quality of the photo a bit here -- just to tweak it to 45-49 mgb.

Followed your instructions but it seem my older version doesn't list the size in mgb. I used the pixel size option. Let's see what happens.
