it's been a while since i took the time to post some pics on BT (didn't even finish the coral spawning pics) but cliff made me sort out pics to find a basket star and i found some.
I love basket stars especially because sometimes you can find some tiny colourful shrimp on them when you take a close look.

first a basket star as you see them at night:



now take a close look:



and in the next picture is one, see it? i love looking for camouflaged animals



although sometimes it doesn't look like camouflage at all:



but red appears almost black at depths without a dive light so it look like a contrast but still is camouflage!! amazing isn't it?

I found 1 more, nothing special, just nice colours.

Cynde, you're right i answered that before, but since i often don't even remember what clothes i wore the day before i don't dare to make fun of that . I use a simple setup. A canon A80 in a canon wp-dc900 housing. Great for close-ups and macro when you learn how to use the manual settings. I only use the internal flash
