They're beautiful. Do you use a light/strobe for your shots? What kind? Keep 'em coming.

Thanx Marge, I didn't use any strobes/lights, just the pop-up flash on the camera. And yes I'll post more. For now here's a better one of the Nineline Goby, these are one of my favorites.

Nice snaps Chris, if nobody has welcomed you to the board, let me do so now, welcome to BT. It's so nice to have a new member who knows some fish names, let alone a fellow Gothamite!
(We sail out of city island when we get the chance.)

nice shots...i suspect it is pretty difficult when snorkeling to take shots - setting up and everything (divers are already pretty setup)

nice bird shot too (i have bird books but i don't think they would help;))

Very nice shots and results, Chris! I know how hard it is to get a good shot while snorkeling....very, very hard, but you have done a terrific job at capturing our buddies. The land shots are gorgeous, too.

We are ready for more if you have the time! Carole

Bob if you have any North American bird guide it will have the Crested Caracara in it. There found in parts of Florida and the southwest. Southern Texas and Mexico.
