Minus 19 outside and still seven month to the next trip. To kill some time I scanned a few slides from my first trip in 2003. My first year with a housed camera and the year before I went digital.

Henrik
These pictures are NOT digital? Even more outstanding than your usual job. Besides your skill with a camera you obviously have excellent computer skills also.
Well done Mickey

Oh, heck, folks, this is just another everyday proof of the old truth that the important thing is the photographer's vision, not the equipment. :–)

Hendrik, Outstanding photos. It's -10 F here in Jackson Hole, WY and the skiing has been great, but your photos are making me drool for our upcoming trip in April. What kind of camera did you use?

Hendrik,
It almost makes me long for my flower truck which has since been retired. Am still contemplating the true identity of the "envelope". Thank you for the memory and some really great shots.

O.K. I gotta say this: I LOVE YOUR PICTURES!!!!
Simply, absolutely breathtaking. I really liked the one with the little white spotted eel looking at the little fish (don't know the id of that one), but the iguana, the eels, the frogfish, the captions on the fishes faces are so cool... I need to get back into the water to see them all again!!!!! Wahhh... Very nice, am enjoying them all, the sunset at Buddy's dock, seen that many nights having dinner at Lion's Den. Oh, to be there right now..... gotta go blow my nose now.

Thanks, Henrik! They are beautiful fish! :-) Have you seen the ocean triggerfish that are popping up lately on Bonarie? I spotted it at least three times in February and this was the first year on Bonaire I have seen it. Pretty cool, not as pretty as a queen triggerfish, but nice just the same. Their fins move so gracefully.

Norm, I had a Canon EOS 500N (I think it was called Rebel in US) in a Delphinus housing. Most shot are taken with two Sea&Sea strobes (YS300 and YS90) on Kodak Ektachrome VS 100 ISO.

Sorry but I think you've seen the best I have now. Next trip is in october and I promise to take some more shots for you all, and hopefully this time I can dive the east side.

I paniced this weekend and went to the local pool to dive. We still have about three feet snow outside...
