Sorry - keystroke error! Looking for opinions on best film to use when shooting with a Nikonos V - I haven't been diving for 14 years, and back then I used mostly Fuji & Kodak slide film, the slower the better!

Fuji now has a 100 speed Velvia slide film that many uw folks like. I have used it and like its color rendition, very nice. It's no longer necessary to go with the slowest as grain structure of the 100 is quite fine. Kodak has a 100VS available too. For me, Velvia wins hands down.

I agree with Jim. I would tell you we shoot Velvia 50 for close up/macro and the Kodak 100VS for wide angle and have had great results.

Thanks guys! You may want to invest in some Fuji stock, 'cause I'm going shopping!
