We are trying to figure this out. We just need to figure out how to compress our pictures to a smaller size. Any suggestions?

Kent, I use Adobe Photoshop Elements, re-size the picture, then use the 'save for web' function on the pull-down menu under 'file'.
This allows me to adjust the quality of the picture so that it is in the 47 k range.
Then I save it and post it.

Key is saving your pics as .jpg instead of .gif

The resulting pic must be < 50kb
