Just received our pt020 housing and tried it out but the "on" button dont reach the cameras button(slider). I read some where that the 7070 will match up with the PT020 hsg but requires a rubber insert in front of or under the camera. Does anyone have any further info on this. I already tried a few different searches but am not able to locate it, if it is even on this site.

Hi Tod on my PT010 housing you have to push the button down to get it to match up with the camera button hope this helps..

the pt020 button is forked, like it is looking for a knob to engage around on the camera button, unfortunately the 7070 doesn't have any knob, just 3 raised bumps for the thumb. I also noticed that the selector wheel does not turn the cameras mode selector above the on / off sw.

I think that the Olympus C7070 requires the pt-027 housing.

We just shipped the PT-020 hsg back and are exchanging it for the PT-027. So much for interchangeability!!!! The Oly site states that the 7070 will fit into the hsg, which it did, but they didn't say that all the controls would be accessible!!!! Need to read between the lines here.
