What type of accy's if any are available for the PT-020 housing, ie strobes. I checked the Oly site and found the Fl-20 flash/strobe, but I am really not too sure of it, compared to the Ikelike DS-50 ($$$). Also, where can I find a compatability list for accy's?

Don't mess with that strobe, its not worth the money. Inon, Sea&Sea and Ikelite make much better strobes. You can get arms, trays and add on lenses from several sources. Inon makes strobes, macro and wide angle lens for the PT-15 & 20.
I use an Inon D-180 strobe (discontinued, replaced by the D2000) with my C5050/PT-15, it would work fine with your 5060.
