I've been trying to photograph these curious eels for some time now without too much success. After having my slides developed from my last trip to Bonaire, I'm pretty pleased with this image.

I suggest devoting an afternoon shallow dive, around four-ish, to catch a good shot of these guys.
BTW they are as blind as a bat.

Thanks for your kind words everyone. These guys are indeed hard to capture, as it seems they're in constant motion. This one just happened to inch backward and then stop for a brief moment when he detected my camera framer. It was then that I quickly snapped the picture. Only a second or two later, he resumed his busy hunting activities.
I agree with the above post, that the best time to see them is around 4 p.m. or later. As you can see,,,this shot was taken as darkness was approaching due to the presence of the orange cup coral.
