Can anyone recommend a good U/W camera? Also, are there any disposable U/W cameras that take good pictures at 60' depths?

A lot will depend on your budget. It is very easy to spend several thousand dollars.

I really like my Olympus 5060 and Ikelite housing and strobe. Its my second underwater and I think I can safely say you won't be happy with a real "cheapo". A good flash is very important - maybe more so than the camera itself - unless you want a lot of bluish pictures.
