My housing for my D-70 finally showed up! I'll have to wait until monday to try it out in my pool. Now I've got a few months to practice before my Bonaire trip.

Isn't it cool to get so excited about something?
Just like being a kid! I know cause I do it all the time. I just bought a new Harley and booked our Bonaire trip. Didn't think I was gonna survive all the excitement. My wife thinks I'm nuts. Hey maybe I am, but I dont' care. Anyway, have fun playin with the new housing and have a great trip.

Jim

Ya'll sound just like David when he gets something new for his camera. With him working overseas it is really nice to hear other men rave about their toys. Andy

I got an Ikelite housing and a D-125 strobe. I went from renting mx-10's to this rig. I have a LOT to learn for sure!

Greg

Good luck with the D70, we went to buy a Sea&Sea housing for our Nikon F80 and some how a D70 and Sea&Sea housing appeared on our bill too. They had a special on for the UK Birmingham Dive show. Luckily we had space in the car.

The D70 is a sweet camera, we also got a 1GB fast access memory card and ports and extension rings. I have a 90mm f2.8 macro and now need the Wide Angle dome and a fish eye lens, hot shoe target light holders, 105mm macro and a serious payrise with more days holiday too.

well, it's a nikon f100 with a nikor 105mm macro, in the ikelite slr md housing and with the ds-125 ikelite strobe...controls? yeah, turn it on, turn on the strobe, shoot in auto and switch from manual to auto focus underwater if needed...

we'll see...

;)

more messing around...

table

the new housing with the included focus sleeve will control a manual 17mm wide angle lens i have...still need the dome port (and color correction filter) - looks like a long flat port does exactly the wrong thing;) (well, depending on desired result anyway...)
