Ruth,

You selling out already???

You sound like me.... I'm so ready to sell the grocery store I'd part with it to the LOWEST bidder!!

I guess the only true path to happiness is to win the lottery :-)

Hope to see you soon,

-dave.

P.S. A Krispy Kreme franchise only costs 5 million! I can see one of those in Rincon......

I think many owners here would tell you the same, things are always for sale...at the right price.

I also think I've got to sell Salitos at KFC-it is definitely the perfect drink to accompany Hot Wings. What should concern you more is the supply of Salitos by July, and whether or not I'll part with any if the next shipment hasn't arrived...... ;-)

Your right Jake, spend some time looking around.
Our trip to Bonaire last October was way to short but we did manage to get some info from the real
estate people. Our next trip is booked for Feb/04
and we plan to spend 2 weeks diving and 1 week looking for property/jobs/business to buy etc. Our plans are to move in 9 years. Never too early to start looking.
