Sorry to hear about your "annoying diver" experience. My partner has had a few of those too! I guess it's hard to keep an eye on everyone, even so, a little pre-dive lecture might be a good idea

Luv it all, Susan. Esp the fact that you and I understand that the sun has gotten up for millions of years, WITHOUT our help. Good pix. I did once do a faux 'rosetattoo'. No Guts! The makeup man who drew it on told me how to remove it. Interesting to wear for a few days tho'. *L*

Sarah, no - the kitty comes with the unit - or he thought so, anyway. We ended up being conned into buying a bag of food to leave for the next residents and leaving a note for them, so he wouldn't be without. Can you say "suckers"? Oh well...I guess if you *know* you're a sap for a good purr, that's something - it's always good to be self aware.


Kerri, you can say that again. It's barbaric, getting up at 3AM. I used to have to get up at 5AM for horse shows, talk about the walking (or riding) dead! Luckily, Dusty knew his job.

I'm glad you all liked the photos, though I have to admit Geoffrey took most of them. I can't believe how long it took me to put the web pages together though - it almost was as if doing it "finalized" the vacation somehow.

I've enjoyed reading everyone's reports, and looking at the photos - they help fill the time between Bonaire trips.

Fiona, if you liked the "Swimming By" shot and do go to Bonaire, don't miss Captain Don's presentation - he has a slide show of a lot of black and white photos from the "early days", and he liked to play with the light and shapes, so they're graphically very interesting. He's also a hoot, so sit up close so you can hear him well. And tell him Susan the tattooed lady sent you!

Wonderful trip report. We've been to Captain Dons twice now and can't wait to be back there hopefully in the Autumn. Your dive notes are obviously a whole lot better than mine!!

We've been promising ourselves that we'll dive with Dee on our next trip. You've just confirmed our thoughts that we definitely will.
