Anyone tried the "new" Dutch Caribbean Airlines (ALM) between islands? Wondering if it is both "new" and "improved"?

Haven't tried it and will never! I'm sure it's NEW but "improved" has yet to be seen :( I would surely hope they couldn't screw up any quick island hopping but then again it's still ALM & their "we don't care attitude". Customer service is not in any of their training manuals!
